The Role:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer Manager to expand both our advertiser and publisher network and drive revenue growth. In this high-impact role, you will identify and secure new advertisers, build strong relationships within the industry, and represent our company at key events. With a strong focus on sales, deal-closing, and strategic networking, you will play a vital role in our company’s continued success.


As Business Developer Manager, you will be expected to:
  • Identify, prospect, and close new advertiser and publisher partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that expand our advertiser portfolio and maximize and grow long-term revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, attending and speaking at major events to position our company as a leader.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and long-term collaboration with advertisers and publishers, continuously optimizing deals for mutual success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to keep our offering competitive and relevant.
  • Use performance data and insights to tailor solutions for advertisers, ensuring effective campaign execution and ROI maximization.
  • This role requires frequent travel to industry events and client meetings to foster relationships and drive business growth.


Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of closing high-value deals and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience speaking at industry events.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance monitoring and sales optimization.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for meetings, networking, and industry conferences.
