Raketech is looking for commercially and/or technically minded entrepreneurs to build best in class products within iGaming marketing. We'll take care of financing, administration, technical infrastructure and provide you with expertise in SEO, content and sales. You concentrate on growing  products with the backing of one of the industry's best companies.


This role comes with a very attractive base pay and an uncapped "profit share" element that allows you to benefit from your product's success. 


What does the role entail? 

  • You are taking full ownership for shaping and delivering the growth strategy for your assigned product
  • You create and present visionary innovations, strategic decision proposals, as well as business cases for your respective product
  • You have the mandate to take decisions to shape your products full life cycle and impact its performance directly
  • You define and align your product’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, to maximize its potential
  • You build and lead a multi-disciplinary team and help foster a culture of growth, ownership, and accountability, whilst focusing on outcomes over output
  • You collaborate closely with different stakeholders such as Product Owners, Organic and Paid Marketing, Sales, Design and Development.     

Job requirements

  • Entrepreneurial experience within affiliation or eCommerce
  • Ownership, decision making, and accountability are in your nature
  • You are driven by results, and you possess outstanding analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills
  • Proven track record in generating and managing significant business growth
  • Sound knowledge and experience in Product Management, market analysis, market entry and expansion strategy
  • Excellent communication skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum
