The role is restricted to those physically located in Europe. While this is a remote position, we cannot consider candidates that are not based in Europe.

We’re looking for Swedish, Finnish & Norwegian-speaking Content Coordinators to help be that integral link from within the business to talented stakeholders and external VA’s to coordinate workload capacities, resolve website issues, and at times, order & upload content. The ideal candidate must have some basic SEO knowledge, be a brilliant multitasker, data-driven and be aware of current industry trends and compliance.

What does the role entail? 

  • Co-ordinate with a team of freelancers, internal stakeholders, and external resources to manage the distribution of requirements according to the business plan and strategy
  • Together with internal stakeholders; plan, conduct research, list requirements, provide the necessary data, and share these detailed instructions externally, whilst monitoring the results and output
  • Handle compliance requests coming in from our sales team, legal department, and operators in a swift and quick manner
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to help deliver sales-driven requests
  • Carry out random on-site spot checks and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Liaise with a team of freelancers to manage the distribution of content as and when needed
  • Actively recruit and test out potential external VA suppliers
  • Create data reports and continual link up with internal stakeholders to relay updates and support them
  • Provide content quality assurance & proofing
  • Keep up to date on the latest news and trends
  • Work in a scrum/agile format
  • Carry out content audits to make sure our content is relevant, compliant and up to date
  • Pro-actively carry out competitor research and industry analysis
  • Provide support for users
  • Take part in ad-hoc duties to support additional business areas

Job requirements

  • Fluent in English and any Nordic language is a must, both written & verbal. Any other language is an asset
  • Passionate about the iGaming industry
  • Knowledge and passion about compliance, news & industry trends
  • Excellent coordination and communications skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • 1+ years experience in a similar field
  • The ability to stick to deadlines
  • Problem-solving and proactive mentality
  • Continually want to grow and improve both personally and professionally
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Basic SEO knowledge
  • An eye for the little details
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Understanding of web analytics & data
