*The role is restricted to those physically located in Europe; while this is a remote position, we cannot consider candidates not based in such a region. Preference will be given to candidates based in Malta.


The Role:

As a Corporate Development Manager at Raketech, you will support the successful implementation and conclusion of core projects across the organization and develop new strategic business opportunities worldwide.

You will be an extension of our Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Business Development Officer.


As Corporate Development Manager, you are expected to:

  • Support Department Leadership in strategic planning and execution. This ranges from strategic reviews of product areas to driving large-scale strategic projects.
  • Support the management team in identifying potential acquisition targets globally. Analyse potential targets based on size, profitability, and business alignment and manage the scouting process.
  • Act as a project manager for day-to-day M&A execution activities.

Success in this role means:

  • Identifying areas of growth and preparing decision ready execution plans.
  • Support management in strategic decisions on buy versus build for Affiliate Marketing products and our Affiliation Cloud business.
  • Being a decision-maker about operational details by combining a comprehensive vision with a detail-oriented approach.


Job requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Corporate Development / M&A, Investment Banking or consulting.
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of M&A processes and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while interacting with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience and skills in cross-functional project management is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure information and direction are clearly conveyed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • International travel required
