The Role:
We are looking for a driven and highly execution-focused Executive Operations Manager to act as the right hand to the CEO of a listed company. This role sits at the heart of the management team and plays a key part in driving the company agenda, ensuring alignment, and turning strategy into action.
This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is hungry to learn and grow.
As an Executive Operations Manager, you are expected to:
Work directly with the CEO to drive strategic priorities and company initiatives.
Act as the CEO’s operational partner, ensuring follow-through on key decisions and projects.
Prepare materials, updates, and insights to support executive decision-making.
Track company priorities and monitor progress, proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks.
Drive accountability and alignment across the management team.
Support the translation of strategy into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes.
Participate in management team discussions and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
Facilitate leadership meetings and ensure follow-up on actions and decisions. Assist in evaluating new initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
Support continuous improvement of processes and operational efficiency.
Be deeply involved in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business performance.
Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and processes.
Step in to solve problems quickly and proactively as they arise.
Step in to lead meetings and drive discussions when management team members are unavailable.
Job requirements
• 3–4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, business management, or similar roles.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership is highly desirable.
• Highly organised with exceptional execution and follow-through.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, forward-thinking, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Agile using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Scandinavian language skills are a plus.
• Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn.
• Assertive and confident, able to push initiatives forward.
• Hands-on and comfortable working across strategic and operational topics.
• High level of ownership and accountability.
