The Role:
As Head of Partnerships, you’ll be the architect of our partnership ecosystem, nurturing both publisher and advertiser relationships to maximize growth and performance. Your role will be to build enduring partnerships, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance our brand’s influence within the industry.
As Head of Partnerships, you are expected to:
- Build strategic relationships, establishing and growing lasting partnerships with publishers and advertisers to drive sustained revenue growth and market influence.
- Continuously optimize and manage partnerships by monitoring performance metrics to enhance outcomes and ensure mutually beneficial relationships across all accounts.
- Provide premium support to advertisers, ensuring their needs are met, and our solutions align with their goals.
- Identify and implement innovative strategies to propel partner growth and increase market penetration.
- Monitor the latest affiliate marketing trends, technology updates, and industry changes to keep Raketech ahead.
- Achieve and exceed Targets! Own metrics, traffic, and revenue targets, ensuring we consistently hit or surpass goals.
- Actively build a robust sales pipeline through networking management and industry events, establishing Raketech as the go-to partner.
- Data-Driven Decision Making. Manage and analyze performance data to continually refine strategies and ensure peak performance across partnerships.

Job requirements
- 7 years of experience managing partnerships, business development, or account management, ideally within affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experienced in building and developing high-performing teams focusing on talent density and engagement.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing trends and best practices to stay competitive and adaptable.
- Track record in achieving or exceeding KPIs related to traffic, revenue, and partnership growth
- Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset, experience in data management and performance tracking to make data-informed decisions.
- Experience with performance monitoring and optimization, including setting and adjusting partnership strategies based on data insights.
