The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Business Development to drive new business growth by building lasting partnerships with both publishers and advertisers. This role is key to expanding our market presence and enhancing Raketech’s brand. .


As Head of Business Development, you are expected to:

  • Manage, onboard, and grow multiple accounts, continuously monitoring performance and using data to drive improvements.
  • Actively working on acquiring new business. Seek and build relationships with new publishers and advertisers to expand Raketech's network.
  • Maintain and enhance existing publisher and advertiser partnerships while providing high-quality support tailored to their needs.
  • Market awareness, stay on top of affiliate marketing trends and industry changes to keep Raketech at the forefront.
  • Ensure that all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to traffic, revenue, and growth are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Actively build a robust sales pipeline through networking, calls, emails, and participation in industry events.

  • Acquire new business from both publishers and advertisers.
  • Understanding all Raketech service portfolios to sell them effectively.
  • Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with various stakeholders and departments.


Job requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in similar roles within fast-paced digital industries such as eCommerce, iGaming, Fintech, and Marketing Tech.
  • Proven experience in building and developing high-performing teams, emphasizing talent density and employee engagement.
  • Strong data management skills and a data-driven approach to performance tracking for well-informed decision-making.
  • A strong strategic and commercial mindset is crucial for driving commercial teams forward.
