This role is restricted to those physically located in Malta. 


We are looking for a HR Generalist to join #Teamraketech. You will be part of a very hands-on HR team including HR Business Partners, Culture & Inclusion Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist.


As HR Generalist you will play a crucial role in supporting Human Resources functions within the organization. The position is responsible for a wide range of HR activities including onboarding and offboarding tasks, employee relations and benefits administration, training and development, as well as support talent acquisition and recruitment processes.


The HR Generalist acts as a key point of contact for employees and management, contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of the HR department.

As HR Generalist you are expected to:

  • Be responsible for onboarding and offboarding tasks.
  • Assist in developing and executing employee procedures and policies.
  • Assist in administering benefits and employee programs.
  • Help organize training and development initiatives.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of employee files and records.
  • Coordinate with the rest of the HR Team and provide support as needed.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of four years experience in a similar position.
  • Experience supporting the HR operations in a company ideally similar to Raketech.
  • Exposure to Maltese payroll would be considered an asset.
  • Ideally experience in a global company, having touched global HR processes as well.
  • Organization and attention to detail are mandatory skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management system.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English.
