The Role:

As a Key Account Manager at Raketech, you will be responsible for managing and growing partnerships within our affiliation marketing ecosystem, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of our product portfolio.

You will work closely with operators, affiliate partners, and internal teams to maximise performance, identify new opportunities, and optimise commercial outcomes.

This is a remote role based in the US, working US hours, with flexibility required for occasional meetings during CET time.

As a Key Account Manager - US you are expected to:

  • Manage and grow revenue across Raketech’s affiliation and digital marketing product portfolio

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators and affiliate partners

  • Optimise account performance using data, traffic insights, and campaign results

  • Identify and execute opportunities to increase player value, traffic quality, and revenue share

  • Negotiate commercial terms, including CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals

  • Generate new business by expanding existing partnerships and onboarding new affiliate or operator relationships

  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and player value

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (SEO, Product, Content) to improve performance and deliver results

Success in this role means:

  • Consistently achieving revenue targets through growth of affiliate partnerships and performance optimisation

  • Strong, long-term relationships with operators and partners, acting as a trusted commercial contact

  • Clear understanding and improvement of traffic performance and monetisation metrics

  • Proactive identification of opportunities to increase revenue and partner value

Job requirements

  • Based in the United States, open to travel, and willing to work US hours with occasional CET flexibility

  • Proven experience in affiliation marketing, iGaming, or performance marketing

  • Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, hybrid models, and affiliate ecosystems

  • Experience managing operator or affiliate relationships

  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with performance metrics and optimisation

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with MS Office; familiarity with tracking tools and analytics platforms is a plus
