The Role:

As a Revenue Control Manager, you will oversee the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of all revenue processes, including but not limited to bank postings, invoicing for the group of companies, credit control, debt collection and management of the team. Your role will focus on ensuring financial integrity, minimising risks, and driving process improvements.

As Revenue Control Manager, you are expected to …

  • Lead and mentor the Revenue Control team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement

  • Oversee invoicing, collections, and revenue reviews across multiple jurisdictions and revenue streams

  • Implement effective credit control strategies to reduce overdue accounts and bad debt risk

  • Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve payment terms

  • Drive process automation and use ERP tools (e.g., Navision) for smarter workflows

  • Prepare weekly debt reports, KPIs, and insights for senior management

  • Liaise with external auditors and various financial institutions

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in accounts receivable or finance role - experience in igaming would be an advantage

  • Be working towards or have a qualification in finance/accounts - ACCA/CIMA/AAT - plus not essential

  • ERP systems (Navision preferred), advanced Excel

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Previous experience with People Management - in office and remotely
