The Role:

Are you ready to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving commercial team?  We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Sales Operations professional to partner closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, helping to streamline day-to-day operations, manage key communications, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.   

In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of the sales function. You will assist in aligning systems, processes, and performance tracking to drive smarter selling and stronger results. You will work across departments to help the COO ensure that strategy turns into action.

As the Sales Operations, you are expected to: 

  • Partner with the CCO to drive operational excellence across the sales function 

  • Own and continuously improve sales processes from lead flow to pipeline management 

  • Support the execution of commercial projects and ensure alignment across departments 

  • Track key deadlines, follow-ups, and to-dos, making sure the CCO stays focused on priorities 

  • Ensure data accuracy  

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs that help to drive decision making 

  • Standardize onboarding documentation and best practices across sales roles 

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, the publisher team, and finance, to ensure alignment 

Success in this role means: 

  • The sales team follows consistent, effective processes 

  • The COO has real-time visibility into performance and risks 

  • Data is clean and reports are actionable 

  • Sales reps spend more time selling and less time reporting 

  • You are a trusted partner across commercial, product, and finance

Job requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience with sales operations or revenue operations 

  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce 

  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into insights 

  • Ability to work with and align with multiple stakeholders across different departments 

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience in iGaming 

  • Exposure to working with international sales teams
