The Role:
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will focus on supporting and optimizing sales processes, maintaining CRM data integrity, and ensuring alignment across internal teams. You will act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, helping the commercial function run efficiently.
This is a hands-on role combining operational support, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, with occasional exposure to client interactions.
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you are expected to:
Support the Sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Prepare and maintain sales materials, including standardised and customised presentations
Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, tracking, and pipeline visibility
Support reporting processes (monthly, quarterly), ensuring reliable and structured data
Coordinate internally with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Operations teams to align on offerings and availability
Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and relationship support when needed
Support onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring smooth internal coordination and documentation
Identify and support the execution of cross-sell opportunities
Coordinate updates and content for Raketech.com by aligning with relevant stakeholders
Join client calls when needed to support continuity and communication
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support the commercial team
Job requirements
Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, coordination, or similar roles
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams
Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM tools and reporting (preferred)
Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of performance metrics
Experience in digital marketing, affiliate, or iGaming is a plus, but not required
Preferably knowledge of the Nordic language (not mandatory)
